| How many of us have reached the limit of
our riding school/instructor's abilities? How many of us have hit
that wall where we are being told the same thing again and again and
never feel any improvement? How many hours do we school our horses
and think we are not getting anywhere? How many of us start to blame
our own bodies/poor quality horse for our lack of progression? I remember
that time so well. But that is the joy with New French Classical riding.
It allows you to feel what is going on under you and what to do about
it. It allows you to read the signals your horse is giving you. It
allows you to work through the basics until, before you realise, advance
movements become a reality. I have had so many students who have been
to Portugal or Spain and have ridden schooled horses - pressed the
buttons and the movements just happened - but when they came home
and pressed those same buttons nothing happened. I will show you how
to work your horse towards knowing how to answer those buttons. It
is incredibly easy - it takes time but it really is easy! Any advanced rider coming to the Riding School will be riding "The Wolfman". He is the owner's (of Pamber Green Riding School) retired 3* International eventer. (See photos below). Whilst he is trained German FEI style he can still teach the vast majority of people a thing or two! |
